2 offensive linemen?

Why even bother with the list?

Good ole Mr Pate of the internets has a fun playoff prediction, not at all to garner clicks and eyeballs.

Florida is in it.
Nebraska is in it.
Alabama is the NC.

apparently, Lagway is gonna be a hypesman finalist after plowing thru that schedule
Raiola's schedule is much more manageable

I don't expect either team to be in the playoff
more likely that Bammer runs the table

If Lagway stays healthy, Florida could go 9-3.  Big if.

Auburn claiming 4 additional past national titles is hilarious.
Reminds me of the A&M errors painted on the stadium wall.
1910 - no one alive to say otherwise
1914 - Cincydawg's sophomore year of high school
1958 - no one awarded them with a NC here
2004 - unfortunate, but no....mayyyybe if you blew out VT, but no
.
The 1910 one is fun.....the only entity awarding AU their NC is the Billingsley Report, after the fact.  The BR has 4 ratings - original, BCS w/ MOV, BCS w/o MOV, and a combo of the BCS rankings (I think).
.
The non-MOV one is dogshit, imo.  Yes, close games and blowouts are different and matter.
The fun part is that Auburn already claims 1983, but the BR only awards AU that one with the non-MOV ranking.
So I guess my point is that if you're going to "accept" the one type of ranking within a system, shouldn't you ignore the other type?  Forfeit it?

None of this actually matters, but is collecting every possible NC you can, even the one your Uncle Rico says you were robbed of, a good look for your school?  Is that what a big-boy program would do? (looking at you, ND and Alabama)
