I've always thought that Austin could use more longshoremen and considered running for city council on a platform of making Austin a port city.

I was at the first overtime game ever in the Swamp.  That was cool (W vs Aub).

In the early 00s, I'd be over at my friend's house Saturday nights and he had a baby, so we'd drink and watch late-night Pac-10 football.  One year, UCLA would routinely get down 3 scores and always seem to come back to win.  So we'd be amazed and going ape-shit like maniacs...in total silence. 
Karim Abdul-Jabbar (Sharmon Shah?) was the star of one of those games.  I'd have to research them for specifics, but I haven't.
It was comical, though. They'd suck horrifically, and we'd both agree the Bruins had them right where they wanted them (down by 20+).  And they'd win, over and over!

I'll throw in a random one: the 2001 Clock Game between Michigan and MSU from East Lansing. 

On the last series, on 2nd and goal down by 4, Jeff Smoker takes off running but doesn't get either to the end zone or out of bounds, so the play ends with 12 seconds to go and the clock running. Everyone quickly gets back in formation to spike the ball, and Smoker does so with 1 second left on Ye Olde Clock. Lloyd Carr just about strokes out screaming at the refs that time ran out before the spike, but the refs ain't buying it. On 4th down, Smoker throws a walkoff TD.
