Don't really have much opinion on this game (besides the fact that we are going to lose, badly).  More of just wanted to start a thread to note that Purdue just fired their OC Graham Harrel.
Pretty sure he was just the scapegoat, but curious to see if playcallung will be improved.  It literally couldn't get much worse.

I wish Wisconsin would fire its OC. I have zero confidence in that team. I haven't felt like this since 1989.

offense is tough to play w/o a decent QB

Purdue's QB isn't terrible

he did make one terrible throw vs the Huskers that went for a pick 6.
He probably could have used his legs more.

The Graham Harrell career trajectory has fallen off incredibly quickly.  The whole "just hire a QB who played for Mike Leach" didn't exactly pan out across the board

I can continue my streak of not having to watch Purdue get their butts kicked (which would happen against Wisconsin even if Purdue was a good team) for one more week. Leaving for Ireland on Thursday.

Much like assistants that coached under that guy in N.E.

Bill O'Brien is pretty good.  That's about it

yeah Graham Harrell was a hot up and coming name with a bright future....kind of surprised he's fizzled out.

Just read Purdue just hired a HS coach with a 35-45 record to be the new OC. Wtf?

well it's pretty easy to look like a really good OC when Tom Brady is your QB and Belichik is taking care of the defense...

If you can't get someone good, get someone cheap. It's the Purdue way.

Michael Jordan didn't even make his HS team I heard, so this guy at least made it

So I read a great post done on GoldandBlack.com premium board.  One of our fans watched the tape of the Nebraska game and wrote down formations and whether it was a run or pass out of that formation, based on that data, he decided to go back to ND game and watch it again and guess pre-play solely based on formation and he was able to guess right based on his data >80% of the time.  If he can do that, other teams can do that and are doing that.  It blew me away.  I think that might be the more core issue that got Harrell fired.
