I like that she can play the guitar. I read she can play the banjo, though from research it seems she likely just picks up a six string banjo and plays it like a guitar, so...not playing the banjo like you would expect.

At least I don't need to put any thought into what the OT tournament is going to be next year. After a year off, best, Taylor Swift song, best Taylor Swift outfit, favorite Taylor Swift boyfriend.  At least I have it narrowed down

Madonna - Britney Spears - Taylor Swift for sure.

Is Mariah Carey in there, before she....changed?  Between Madonna and Britney.
Whitney Houston in there?  Or was she too good a singer?  

I'm talking mainstream uber-success, like on top, no questions asked, for at least 5 years.

Kinda depends on definitions.

Madonna is the standard, period.

If we're talking mega stars, I'd go Madonna, Mariah, Beyonce, Taylor.

"It" girls: Madonna, Whitney, Mariah, Britney / Christina, Beyonce, Rhianna, Taylor, Adele.
