Mel Tucker says Washington is on the clock? Lol. Sorry bud, think you are the one on the clock now, might not be the head coach in 24 hrs. Washington is going to run Sparty off the field. Won't be pretty. Penix is going to throw bullets all over that field and score points and um well, Noah Kim...ain't.

I pray to god he survives this scandal and sticks around for all 10 of his 10 year, $100 million contract. There isn't a bigger clown coach in college football. #KeepMelatMSU4Ever

The U of Minnesota fired AD Norwood Teague for cause for saying a lot less to either the Assistant Chief Counsel or the head of the EEOC office (don't remember which).

If MSU had any scruples, they should have fired him back in July at the end of the investigation.

It's not scruples, it's dotting your i's and crossing your t's, unless you want to pay the rest of that contract.

It would actually be a Title IX violation to have already fired him for a Title IX complaint.  They are currently being sued by the former head of the business school for firing him before the conclusion of the process.

He'll be fired, they just don't want to have to pay him

MSU could have saved themselves $100 million plus litigation costs by sacking him then.

ELA just explained it...guess they can't fire him until the Title IX investigation process is over or else they'll be on the hook for his $100 million contract.

once the investigation process has concluded, they can cut bait with him for nothing. they have 100 million reasons to drag this out right now.

yeah, he's done, just a matter of when. LINK

Accusing Tucker of sexual harassment is Brenda Tracy, a rape survivor and advocate who worked with Tucker to educate his team on sexual violence. Her “Set the Expectation” campaign had MSU athletes pledge to obtain consent before engaging in sexual acts with another person, as well as discuss healthy sexual practices.

But towards the end of their partnership, Tracy claims Tucker made a phone call that began with a sexually suggestive comment about her appearance and ended with Tucker masturbating on the line.

A section from the investigative report, obtained by USA Today, reads:

“(Tracy) ‘kind of froze’ in the moment at first. (She) thought to herself, ‘Oh my god, this is happening, and I can’t stop it, it’s going to happen whether I like it or not.’ (She) was trying to figure out what to do. It didn’t occur to (her) that she could hang up.”

"The idea that someone could know me and say they understand my trauma but then re-inflict that trauma on me is so disgusting to me, it's hard for me to even wrap my mind around it," Tracy told the USA Today. "It's like he sought me out just to betray me."

In his filings, Tucker admits to masturbating on the call, but denies it was nonconsensual. He claims they had a mutual romantic connection even prior to the phone call, and that they frequently made flirtatious comments towards one another. He alleges Tracy wanted a “sugar daddy” who would regularly pay her money in exchange for sexual and romantic favors.
Tracy says the relationship was one-sided, and that she had to ward off sexual advances in the past.

In December 2022, eight months after the call, Tracy filed the Title IX report.

The investigation is complete, according to USA Today’s report. A hearing to evaluate the evidence and potentially make a finding of wrongdoing is set for October, during the football team’s by-week.

Starting a dads/sons fantasy league a week late with a draft this afternoon.

Debating between "Tucker?  I barely know her?" and "Tuck cummin" as a team name

Iowa averaging 22 ppg through the first 2 games.

Iowa needs to average 25 ppg on the season for that dunce Brian Ferentz to keep his job. And the ppg average can include special teams and defensive td's - which I think was bullshit.

they have Western Michigan, Penn State, Michigan State, Purdue, Wisconsin, and Minnesota next 6 games.

they aren't getting to 25 ppg.

Ehh, one of those channels will probably blindly side with him, as long as he's "one of the good ones."
