I don't agree with your assessment of PSU.  They aren't chopped liver.  At the least they're a quality team.  Michigan drumming them at home and Ohio State handling them on the road is a quality point on their resume, imo.
PSU is about like a clanga or maybe UK... they're pretty good team... and for reference, UK is likely the third best team UT has beat.  LSU is better than PSU by eye test, maybe not at first but now- and that was a road game for UT.

now- trash talk aside (which is something i've not been able to do for YEARS- and it's with great misfortune y'all get to witness it) , UM and tOSU are obviously contenders and should be.. the only four spots that matter are the four spots that have equal opportunity and those four spots won't matter until December.  it's not y'alls fault their competition to this point sucks.  and it doesn't matter, that competition, that they're still contenders by anyone's measure... it's simply the placement to apply leverage for trash.... so... stand by for trash.

I would put Clemson behind Oregon and bump everyone else up, same order.
A decade of Victory over Penn State.

All in since 1969
