My guess (which thus far have been rather far off mostly) is Ohio State 38  Penn State 17.

Probably not high enough...which is crazy.

Penn State is a good team, probably a top 15 team, but not in Ohio State's league.  I don't know if anyone is...

considering Ninnies won in 2016,and lost by 1 pt in '17 & '18 that's just a tad bit robust.A healthy Hamler helps by leaps & bounds though

There will be dueling pregame shows - Gameday will be outside the Horseshoe while Big Noon Kickoff will be inside

It's a foregone conclusion that the Buckeyes win this one.  The question is how good can the Nitts look while losing this game?

It is not surprising, there are not many contenders for GOTW this week.

The only other game between two ranked teams is Texas/Baylor but they both lost last weekend.

Your underestimating the Nitts.
Penn State's secondary has been hit hard with injuries.

Penn State's best running back has been out for the last two games and it is not known if he will be back this week.

Penn State's best wide receiver was pulled with concussion like symptoms.  It is not known if he will be back against Ohio State.

Chase Young will be back, of course...

Penn State has allowed over an 80% completion percentage over the last two games.  This is partially due to the depleted secondary, especially poor safety play.  However, the defensive line has been unable to get to the quarterback, too.

I don't think Penn State will be able to stop Mr. Fields & Co.  I am not sure if the Penn State offense is good enough to consistently move the ball against OSU, either.  Maybe if Chase Young was still suspended...

I think this is the best OSU team I've seen in decades.  They check every box.  I agree PSU is a very good team, top 15 anyway, but OSU and LSU to me appear to be ahead of everyone else (Clemson has looked dominant of late also against light competition).

Penn State's secondary is just bad.  Indiana exposed them even more than Minnesota did.

That is why 19 points is not an overly large spread.
