Resident Genius 2020 Returns October 20

Much like the Big Ten conference football schedule, the Resident Genius contest will return the week prior to the October 24 slate of games. 

Rules are still TBD on dealing with potential postponements, but the basic concept will remain the same.

As will survival pool.

Not sure how I'm going to account for possible cancellations, or the fact that we only have 9 weeks.

Some initial thoughts...


  • Scale it back to just the Big TEN, and say PSU, Nebraska, UMd and Rutgers aren't part of it
  • Some sort of rule regarding picks per division
  • Have a couple of double pick weeks


I think being able to skip 5 teams is too many.  I'm leaning towards #1

What threads were you reading? ;D I've won once that was in '13 I think.Came in 2nd a couple of times,yet I've not been referred to as a Genuis - no Yuengling for you guys

:) Looking forward to getting my butt kicked again this year, lol.  Think the best I have ever done was to finish in the top ten, maybe.  But it is a lot of fun and we can sure use some of that this year.
