Ref 1:  he was out of the tackle box
Ref 2:  there was no receiver in the area
Ref 3:  the ball didn't cross the LOS
Ref 4:  where we eatin' after this thing?

Why do the refs always need a convention to call intentional grounding?
Different angles I suppose,I was on the sidelines of a H.S.Game when a QB chucked the ball OOB at least 10 ft(prolly more) over the intended targets head.Well after the ball clearly sailed past & out a defender barely bumped into the receiver. The field & side judges there correctly didn't call anything. The knuckle dragging back judge completely on the other side tosses the flag(interference). He couldn't recognize the height/width/depth of the play or even the refs on the other side. And then somehow that meeting let his distant ruling stand - prolly the head ref and didn't want to over ruleOne of the few times I thought a H.S. crowd might start tossing garbage but being paper/plastic cups and not being drunks like NFL crowds they refrained.Seriously they need refs but I like friday nites free

Do quarterbacks under James Franklin ever develop or progressively get better? I guess McSorely did? Sean Clifford has started how many games and is playing as poorly as ever.

The good news is he's coming back next year!
