Were you in Winnebago County (Pecatonica) for the 1996 show?

That's where we went.
I saw them out there when they played in 1998. 

Trying to get to that concert was a complete mess. Rte 20 was stopped and crawling for miles.

Yeah, we ended up parking and then walking over 2 miles.

It was 1996. There was no Lala in 1998.

Was supposed to see them at Shoreline Amphitheatre, with GNR, sometime summer of 92 or 93, I think. Axel got "sick" (drug problem, i think), and the show was rescheduled until October, when I was in Madison. Never took another opportunity. Dumb.

I don't remember where we had the generator convo, Utee, but I figure you check this one, and it made me happy.

Harbor Freight starts a sale soon, signed up for their Inside Track Club, and October 5 we can go get that 5000 watt generator for $750, down from $1000.  No more AC problems for the camper with its 30 amp capacity.

Man if I didn't already have the 3500 I'd pick that up in a hurry.  I think I paid $700 for the 3500 4-5 years ago.

But you probably still shouldn't run the microwave and the A/C at the same time, it could trip the breaker.

I wouldn't exactly call what we do "camping."

Speaking of which, I'm happy because we got some free tickets to the Texas A&M-Arkansas game in College Station next weekend.  It'll be my daughter's birthday so we're going to spend the weekend there, but even crappy hotels were going for almost $300 per night and I found an RV park only 4 miles from the stadium for $75/night.

Prairie Band Casino's campground says no open flames.  I'm sure lots of the Harvest Host places we are going to visit are going to be the same.

We don't use the microwave much, but some leftover breakfast casserole to help with the hangover is pretty nice.

The whole RV is only 30A.  If you pull more than that you'll trip the main breaker.

Unless you have a 50A that is.  The big motorhomes and 5th wheels with multiple A/C units run 50A and they can obviously handle more.
