No. The moon doesn't have a magnetic field, so any gases would be blown away over time by the solar wind. It can't support an atmosphere.
Is it not protected by the Earth's magnetic field?

Yes, plastic straws are bad, but hypodermic needles are fine.

Sheer brilliance.

Wait, so because CA has a governor who is a clown stupidly banning things, that somehow makes the FL governor stupidly banning things ok?

Again, I have not yet been provided with a rationale for why lab-grown meat should be banned? Is there any rationale at all?

Aurora

Apparently it can be, but only for 1/4 of its orbit: https://www.washington.edu/news/2007/12/11/earths-magnetic-field-could-help-protect-astronauts-working-on-the-moon/

When the earth is basically between the sun and the moon, it seems it would offer some protection. When the moon is between the earth and the sun, however, I would think it's completely unprotected.
