I always liked to watch Giada's show.  Can't say I ever learned any cooking tips or tricks but still seemed well worth my time.

I distinctly remember Sooner Red saying her head looks like a pumpkin.

Turned on the tv and see Reacher Season 4 has dropped the first 3 episodes. 

Been waiting for freaking ever.

I really enjoyed Reacher season 1.  s2-3 were a dropoff from that, I felt.  Hoping s4 is a return to form.  I know they're based on books but I liked the combo of Reacher and his "sidekick" Oscar Finlay in s1, and subsequent seasons don't feature Oscar.  Wish they'd have made him permanent cast like they seem to have done with Reacher's old military team. 

I recently read (listened via Audible) to Book 1 of the Reacher series, which, remarkably enough, was what Season 1 of the Prime series was about.

I just listened to another one, finished last night, Past Tense, which is Book 23, published 21 years after the first, and in Reacher time, some 13 or more years after the events of the first, as there's a line where he has been a drifter longer than he served.

I did like Finley.  I liked the characters in the book better than the show.  But I think it would be off the theme if he had re-occurring characters.

Finished up the third season of House of the Dragon. I am still somewhat unclear about what is going on, but it is great spectacle. I imagine it is better if you pay attention and know who everyone is. 

After the disaster of introducing my kids to Real Genius, I redeemed myself by introducing them to Arachnophobia. Great little movie that does exactly what it's trying to do, without taking itself at all seriously.

Also, just started watching the Buroughs on Netflix. Two episodes in. Anyone here seen it?

Oh, and so far appreciating Ted Lasso Season 4. I have been (and still am, to some degree) worried that it would get too preachy as it focuses on women's football, but so far I think they have drawn a pretty good line.

I saw it.  Overall.....meh.  

It started out better than it ends up.  Kinda like Stranger Things--which was done by the same people--it has a fun premise and has potential, but it can't keep it up.  At least with Stranger Things we got one great season before anything fell off in the least.  It starts out at around a solid 7.5 or 8 for me, but drops off to a 6 by the end.  

And I could've done without the frequent geriatric vulgarity.  We get it.  Old people get it on sometimes.  Quit beating me over the head with it.  Geena Davis' character in particular was sacrificed in quality because she was used as an audience cudgel to periodically remind everybody that sexual liberation is for wrinkly people too, in case we forgot.
