Can't run a new circuit?
He said he CAN, but it would be impractical, and expensive.  The building is concrete in between floors, so, no realistic way to run new wiring.  The outlets are GFIs.

We wanted to put an hose spigot out on one of the decks, the HOA said no.  That was practicable.  I thought about doing it anyway.

Just do it.

Yeah, we could be fined if "they" found out about it.  My wife didn't want to try it.  So, we tote watering cans instead.

I have a Traeger grill I've used once, trying again tonight with flatiron.  Not really sure how to best do it.

Hard to do high heat with a Traeger...

I agree with FF... But Traeger isn't the best for a searing. When I had mine, I found the very front (where the heat is deflecting around the spreader) was the best place for getting color. Turn the Traeger up as high as you can, and try to find the hot spot...

The above is correct, I didn't get any sear turned up as high as it would go.  The flatiron just aboved covered the grill top.

It's main function is barbecue, so I'll use it for that in the future.

I cook on the Traeger and then sear on the Blackstone.

I simply grill on my tabletop Weber

it can reach over 500 degrees if the thermometer in the lid is to be trusted
