No, Vegas area but technically not Vegas. 

It is the city that contains the Las Vegas strip, the Las Vegas airport, UNLV, the LV Raiders stadium, and the LV Golden Knights arena. But it isn't Las Vegas.

Yeah, I was going to post the strip as a "trick question" so that everyone would guess Las Vegas and be wrong, but then I saw the picture of the NYNY casino, and was able to milk an NYC guess before the Vegas guess.
