This could work as a hint, because yes - though a bit of a trick question - this is New York, but specifically Brooklyn's skyline. The featured tower is The Brooklyn Tower, opened as a luxury condo tower in 2022. It is often unfavorably compared to the Tower of Sauron of Mordor from “The Lord of the Rings.”



This was the view I had of Brooklyn's skyline a few weeks ago, through the fencing of the Williamsburg Bridge, when I realized other Burroughs have their own skylines, that are of course overshadowed by Manhattan's:



Here is Queen's skyline, known as Long Island City, along the East River across from Manhattan:



And Jersey City's skyline on the Hudson River:
