Like, you can't say she's not beautiful- because beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder. And I definitely think her face is very beautiful. Having said that- she's not healthy. She's obese. Period. She needs to lose probably 50 pounds. Maybe more. For her health. Not her attractiveness. And I don't think magazines should be promoting unhealthiness, period.

America has a massive obesity problem. Worst in the entire world. OECD estimates 50% of the US will be obese by 2030. That's just 8 years from now. We've got to be tackling that issue, not reinforcing to people that it's cool to be obese and that you'll be on magazine covers.
