For some reason every time San Diego is mentioned I think about the old 70’s TV show “Three’s Company “ with Suzanne Somers and John Ritter and Joyce Dewitt. Used to watch it all the time as a small child.

The theme music still gets stuck in my head. “ come and knock on my door “.

I always think of the old Louis Black joke that SD weatherman is the world’s easiest job. 

Get paid good money to go on TV every day and say “It’s nice out.”

91 was $4.44 here today. 

Much cheaper in Northern Florida too, because it doesn't have as far to travel.

Oops, no, that's regular unleaded for regular schmucks.  Premium is still $2 cheaper.  

Although, if you drive a vehicle that needs premium, you brought this on yourself and there's only so much Grump I'll have sympathy for.

It's true, I went into the car purchase knowing full well that it required premium and I live in California. And also that for as modern as the car is, it actually gets pretty bad gas mileage. 

However, I wasn't expecting us to start bombing the ME two days after I brought the car home...
