A different TV will make the ESPN app work better?

It should. It's a TV with a built-in Firestick.

I set up the ESPN app on Mrs. DeT's phone and logged her in with our YTTV credentials so she could watch UT on her phone, same as I'd watched LSU last week.  The first half worked fine, but then at halftime it kept logging her out and saying we'd reached the maximum number of streams for our account or some BS.  She'd click back into the game and it would stream for about 10-15 seconds before blanking out and giving that message again.  I tried to pull up games on my phone....same thing.  I couldn't watch anything, not even the network stations, so it wasn't just SEC+ and online-only channels. 

Like.....I just watched an entire game last week like this....I know I'm logged in to everything correctly.  But she missed all the second half of the game.  And I don't know if it'll work correctly next time I need it.  Stoopid ESPN app.

Is anyone else sharing the account?

Phones have a way of behaving badly with ESPN and Fox Apps.

My Galaxy hated them.

Not sure if you mean the ESPN or the YTTV account, but in both cases, no.  Just me and my wife.  

The ESPN app makes us sign in with a My Disney account, which is just our Hulu credentials, and then from there if we watch something within ESPN, we had to enter our YTTV credentials the first time, and it worked fine last weekend.  

I have grumbled in the past that the ESPN app on the Firestick never could jive with my YTTV credentials to let me use it.  But it worked this year, on the Firestick and on our phones.....until last night.  Weird.

Could be a phone thing like 847 said, but in the past it didn't work on the Firestick either.

Odd. I've run into the streams thing, but that's because we're actually out of them.

Yeah I think the streaming limit for YTTV is 3.  I didn't actually know that until a couple weeks ago when I was trying to stream two TVs in the living room, one upstairs in the game room, and one outside by the pool.  One or the other kept kicking off when I added the 4th, and I didn't know what was happening until it occurred to me there could be a limit.

But if you're certain you're only running two at a time then that wouldn't be it.
