Yep.  Born in 75. Got a C64 for Christmas about 85 or so. Still have it in the closet. First college class 1994 teacher wrote her email on the chalkboard didn’t even know email existed. Within two years it was hard to imagine life before the internet and this was on a 56k modem.

Left out Seinfeld - ok but not side splitting.IMO Frazier was clever and one of the best sitcoms

Seinfeld? That show was terrific. One of the best comedies on network tv ever.

Have to say- I never found Bill Cosby funny. Ever. I never liked his lame tv show or his awful, cringy stand-up. He was always lame as shit with no edge and with nothing interesting to say to me.

“Best” is subjective- no right answer.  

I liked just about all of the sitcoms named- but my all time favorite is Seinfeld.  Couldn’t stop smiling or laughing- followed by Everybody Loves  Raymond.  Friends just never did it for me- too much drama trying to blend in with comedy.
