True that, both of you.
70's and 80's was attending a Tom T. Hall concert with my parents, Charlie Daniels Band, Alabama, the Statler Bros and Oakridge Boys on LP or 8-track tape, and everything else by AM radio in a car or a tractor.
90's was going to the bar and, you know.
But those 90's brought Garth, Brooks & Dunn, Alan Jackson, several of the 80's guys you mentioned continued on in the 90's--George Strait and Dwight Yoakam. Also Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Shania Twain and I remember the poster of Tanya Tucker in Longhorns (pre Big XII) as she had a big renaissance. I can even mention the Dixie Chicks pre their torpedoing their own career. I'm leaving a bunch out, got to get back to what I'm actually in this chair for today.
