“As Of This Moment, They’re On Double Secret Probation!”

I use "double-secret probation" all the time, lol.

1970, Bob Devaney and Charlie McClendon wear cheer skirts during the Orange Bowl Coaches Luncheon. In their first match up against LSU, the Huskers won 17-12. GBR!!!

Sort of related, the nose art on US military aircraft in WW II was often pretty "daring" and graphic.

Hell, at least Colorado is in a conference that can count. Nebraska left the Big 12 for the Big 10 (which had 11 teams at the time and now has 14), and Colorado left the Big 12 (which has 10 teams) for the Pac-10, which at least had the good sense to change their name to the Pac-12 when Colorado and Utah joined...

Who are  the dummies lol?
We were told there'd be no math.So let's keep it @ 6pk,12pk,case,Keg - OK?

It appears to be a B-24 as it has a nose wheel. The Lancaster was a tail dragger.

they have this new thing... an 18-pack

I'm cornvinced it's so they can charge you for a case while giving you 6 less beers

They've had 18-packs for decades... Same thing with 30-packs.

There's only one point to it--to take up shelf space.

They know that retailers have a limited amount of shelf space, and a distributor can walk in and say "you can only carry ABInbev products if you carry and stock the 6-pack, 12-pack, individual tall-boy cans, 18-pack, 24-pack, and 30-pack--and every one of them [if available] in both cans and longnecks." The retailer doesn't want to forego ABInbev products, so they do it. SABMiller distributors do the exact same thing.

What does that end up doing? It crowds out shelf space for other beer makers, making it harder for them to keep their product on shelves and grow market share.

It's not about giving the consumer more or better offerings, and it's not about cheating the consumer out of anything... It's about crowding out competitors.

Well yes, but in this case it's about cheating the consumer by limiting their access to delicious craft beer. The consumer might start to believe that Bud Light is worth drinking.
