Evidently from what I've read he wants to stick around the area because family/kids.And he got a hefty raise so for some there are the right reasons for staying.He might listen to something in the area though however i don't see that coming open anytime soon.

Guessing not, the same-same as NU probably but I haven't been following their season.Three of those losses were to 

no 10 USC
no 18 Washington
no 13 Oregon
And they haven't played UCLA yet

yup. coaches/players should ALWAYS cash in when they can. have to strike it rich while the iron is hot. he was a HOT commodity, won't be for long.
