I'm doing a beef/pork/veal meatloaf on this fine fall day. One of my dock mates is doing a potato casserole (not sure what that means) and we'll have to get some veggies from the market later on. A nice, stick-to-the-ribs meal will be good. Been a while.

Daughter's soccer game get the noon kick today, luckily the Bucks not on until 4.  We'll see about cooking - have leftover ribs, brats, and hot dogs and need to get these filthy kids to eat those up.

24 year old daughter ( big UM grad/fan) here in Florida for the weekend with her Boyfriend ( huge MSU grad/fan).  Should make for an interesting evening lol.

Maybe hit the local Oktoberfest early then settle in for some Buckeye/ Spartan/ Wolverine football.

Still not use to this- watching football when it is 90 and humid.

And when they are done with the leftovers, you can make yourself a ribeye. :)

Easy. Just get a 48 oz one really thick, smoke it for a bit and then sear it. Done!

Going to watch them dig and begin to pour concrete at my lot site.  Catch some games since I'm going to miss the night slate.

That's exciting.

I had a week from hell, fell asleep before the Dodgers game even started, and woke up at 4am.  But refreshed and feeling good.  Gators on at noon here.  Gonna go with a hearty 7-layer dip creation for the game.

Like Oak Brewery's 20th anniversary Oaktoberfest party today so will spend half the day at the brewery.

Then home for the Longhorn game and Aggie game on a couple of TVs.
