If they are going to insist on playing man to man they need to change things up.

They need to play a 3rd CB when Hamilton is in the slot- maybe Ambry Thomas or Brandon Watson - and keep Hill on Hamilton letting him follow him wherever he is.

They need to keep the 6'4, 240 pound McCray or 6'5, 250 pound Noah Furbush on the 6'6 Geisicki and let them get physical with him. Can't keep putting a 5'11 Khaleke Hudson on him- Hudson can't get physical with him AND he's giving up 7 inches to him.

And while I hate the idea of ever putting a LB or S in man to man with Barkley- if they insist on doing so they need to stop with Mike McCray and man him up with one of the safeties Metellus or Kinnel or one of the faster LB's like Bush or Khaleke Hudson.

This is just obvious stuff. I don't know why Brown hasn't adjusted sooner.

If you aren't as good as PSU, and michigan isn't you make McSorley beat you. However McSorley looks really good right now. It might have been different if UM got that INT in the endzone.

TCU's defense is on fire. The same KSU that gashed OU was held to 6 last week.
I thought I settled my debts that night on the ride home
But I have still got hell to pay

Serious question - has UM beat a ranked team on the road since Carr?

In a true road game, not since 2006, though to be fair, it's a sort of weird subset of games.

Didn't get to see anything. How'd the Badgers look? Sounds like Taylor put the ball on the ground again, for a Maryland score?

UW scored on a pick six right away.   Taylor fumbled at the end of the 1st quarter inside the UW 10.  I think Maryland turned that into the first half FG.   Fumag. had a nice day, 8 catches.   Horni was ok.   M'land did move the ball fairly well in the 3rd quarter.     UW probably didn't need that FG at the end, but they were at a 4th and 1 with under a minute.  It did take the game 'over' and UW did cover.  :)

Thanks Pal. Taylor has put the ball on the ground in bad spots two weeks in a row, costing UW field goals.

That has to stop but it sounds like the D is still holding its own.
