I'm not claiming OSU would beat Wisconsin 6 times out of 10, only that if YOU think they would, they should be ahead of them in any "power ranking".

Road games against good teams are hard.  Top-7 road records against the top-7:
  • 2-2 Penn State
  • 1-1 Michigan State
  • 0-1 Ohio State
  • 0-1 Northwestern
  • 0-1 Michigan
  • 0-2 Iowa
  • 0-0 Wisconsin

Notably, road losses to top-7 teams account for all of the conference losses by Penn State, Michigan State, and Ohio State.  

Wisconsin's four conference road games this year are against:
  • #8 Nebraska - won by 21 but tOSU won in Lincoln by 42
  • #11 Indiana - won by 28 but so did tOSU
  • #13 Minnesota - 11/25
  • #14 Illinois - won by 14 but Nebraska won there by 22 and even Rutgers won there by 11
