Yeah, that one'll have a lot riding on it.
Now the Gophers need to beat Michigan, to really stir things up.

Barrett will get blamed, yes (looking at the tempers lost on twitter now) but we already know for every great game Barrett has he is likewise odds-on for a truly terrible game too.

The guy I'm going after is Schiano. Last week's spirited win vs PSU masked how off guard his secondary played. The defensive side doesn't look like they've stepped foot in a weight room. All afternoon Iowa's undermanned OL is blowing up the Buckeyes DL.
Barrett was the worst he has ever been. Usually even he has a bad game he avoids turnovers.  In fact, his inability to " throw guys open" had one silver lining; he would make absolutely sure the pass was safe.
But to your point, this was a team loss, on everyone.  The defense looked horrible, especially the defensive line.  LBs and DBs as well. Iowa kicked their ass in every way, from start to finish.  They out coached and totally dominated.
Meyer's uncanny ability to have his team mentally ready failed him today. They looked slow, uninspired and disinterested.
Road games against good teams are hard, especially after emotional wins.( or even losses I.e. PSU today). And most especially at Kinnick, against the Ferentz boys- they put together a masterpiece today..
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.
