All of these defensive stats are significantly out pacing their defense from last year. It's crazy to say considering they lost their DC to the NFL and Ojabo, Hutch, and Dax Hill - but their defense is actually playing better this year. The new DC Minter who comes from that same Ravens system has been a maestro at 2nd half adjustments, it's all these guys 2nd year in the same Ravens style 3-4 system, and guys like Mike Morris and Mazi Smith have taken their games up a level and Mike Sainistril has honestly been every bit as good as Dax Hill at the nickel- which is astounding considering the guy was playing WR last year.
