Michigan State (2-0) at #3 Notre Dame (2-0) Game Week

I don't think we learned much the first two weeks, and I don't think we'll learn much this week.

If MSU keeps this mildly close, I'll be surprised, Irish are favored by 29.5

Well poop.  This is in the evening slot, same time as Texas and LSU.  Wife got TV rights last weekend, I'm calling dibs this weekend, but with YTTV I can only easily switch back and forth between two games.

MSU @ ND is going to be the odd game out, and I was hoping for that to at least by my alternate.  Maybe I can convince her to watch Texas on the bedroom TV and I hog the living room for myself.

Maybe you're right and it won't be a good game, but I can always root for the upset.  As a native Louisianan, my Domer-hating credentials are naturally strong :)  (No, this does not have anything to do with Brian Kelly; the typical LSU fan reaction to mentioning Notre Dame which ranges from eye-roll to outright ire long predates anything to do with Kelly.)

With YTTV you can split the screen into multi-view and watch up to four games at the same time!

That's true.  I'm supposed to be able to build my own multi-view if YTTV doesn't offer it on the home screen, though I haven't learned how to do that yet.

I've used multi-view before and I found the experience to be a little lacking as far as following the game I was most interested in.  It's definitely a tradeoff.  Maybe if I had a huge TV like I see in commercials that tout multi-view, it'd be different.  Our TV isn't small, but it's certainly not a giant like some are, and when cut into quarters the games are a bit small.

But this could be a workable option.  Glad you reminded me.

Yup you can build your own multi-view.  It's pretty easy once you figure out how to navigate to that and then find your options.  Sometimes the options aren't ordered in a way that makes sense, and it doesn't seem to follow my preferences or the way I've styled my channel guide.  But you can limit it to "Sports" and that narrows it down pretty well.

I'm just happy this game is happening. MSU and ND should play each other.

I'm also curious to see how MSU compares to UW in their ND game.

Come on man, you're the one who brought up that other game on this game's thread.

The good thing is we can all agree that we want Sparty to win this weekend.
