i think the dude is a rockstar stud coach- but anything can happen in cfb and that's a shit ton of cash to fully guarantee.


I remember when another coach shot out of the gate was 8-0 and got like $90M guaranteed as the B10 school played defense from potential SEC offers.

The air sure came out of that balloon in a hurry.  Here's hoping for a repeat!
Though I think things will normalize, he's a helluva tactician and I can't imagine him nosediving like ol' Mel.

Even ignoring the results, this is a poorly coached football team in the fundamentals.  Yes, Cignetti is doing well in the portal, but they also have total buy in and do all of the little things.  MSU can't even tackle in a phone booth
