Trojans have only scored 3.  Sky is not falling for UM defense.
Yeah, lay off the game-show host.

FFS. After a terrible morning slate we have:

  • UCLA with the ball within one score of #16 LSU before halftime with a first down in LSU territory.
  • A one-score game between two ranked teams (Utah/OkSU).
  • GT a FG behind ranked Louisville at the half.
  • Vandy up 3 on #7 Mizzou midway through the 2nd.

On top of a ND team that isn't exactly running away with it against Miami (OH) and a pretty darn interesting USC/UM game.

Definitely wrong about expecting USC to power their way through this game. At this point in the season I’m surprised the Trojans don’t have a better feel for getting the ball to their playmakers like Deuce Robinson.

If you’re a Michigan fan, the 14-3 halftime lead isn’t the biggest reason you’re feeling better. Michigan is showing signs of the Michigan of the previous 3 season. The defense has just about every play snuffed out. On offense the blocking is great. The plays designed for Orji’s strengths are well timed and executed, making USC’s defense look unprepared.

After an underwhelming first three games, huge credit to Michigan’s staff for fielding a very prepared squad this week.

Yeah, lay off the game-show host.
meh. he's a washed up old past his prime DC. which is why he was fired in Baltimore and then NYG.

he's no Jesse Minter, I'll tell ya that right now.

Virtually all of the big plays his defense has given up has been because of blitzing. Which he DOES NOT NEED TO DO. Someone needs to tell him he has the best front 4 in college football and Mason Graham, Kenneth Grant, Josiah Stewart, and Derrick Moore are all going to be NFL draft picks....and wouldn't surprise me if 3 of those were in the 1st round...Mason Graham, Kenneth Grant, and Josiah Stewart are that good.

USC has the team to win here they don't have the desire or perhaps it's the Travel lag. All those games thru the years playing for a Rose Bowl they never had to leave their cosey confines like the Big Ten had to - guess the script is flipped

That’s a solid point. Big advantage to always have a home game in a bowl game.

Jawjaw essentially has this albeit to a smaller degree in the SEC with the CCG being played in Atlanta.

Looks like USC's halftime adjustment was to pass block

Miscommunication there by Zeke Berry and Jyaire Hill left #10 wide open for USC there.

USC has actually pass blocked the past 2 plays. Wow.

That TO was huge for Michigan. Let’s them rest a little bit and get Grant, Graham, Stewart, and Moore back on the field together.
