A very white Christmas here in Columbus.  Have some sort of breakfast casserole in the oven, and have a pork belly hanging out to roast this evening.  Hope you all have wonderful days, but remember the true reason for the season, and that reason is that Michigan sucks.

I'm lucky enough where even though I worked on Christmas Eve my job takes me to the same town my mom lives so I'm spending Christmas with her and all my sisters and their kids before working back to Phoenix later this evening.

Gonna devour some prime rib in about 75 minutes.

I'm having Iowa corn-fed ribeyes on the grill when my daughters are ready.  They prefer their father's grillmaster skills over oven baked prime rib.

but, you just can't go wrong with that cut of beef

gotta have sauteed whole mushrooms and horseradish with my prime rib.
