Our best OL just had an operation on his knee, he's out. Our best RB declared for the draft and will be sitting out. 

I'd be surprised if Wiscy doesn't take the rubber match.

This feels like a worse bowl than I'd expect for UW, but a better trip and different kind of matchup.

I haven't been to Vegas since they built the stadium - is it easy to get to?

It's across the freeway from the strip, but it's walkable for the able bodied. I'd consider it easy to get to.

Shouldn't be a million degrees either - that would be a nice trip. Really, having a few days in Vegas betting on bowl games, and going to a bowl game - that would fun.

There's no freeway connecting Phoenix with Vegas, which is strange. You have to take US-93.

Penn State at 7-5 getting the Outback Bowl kind of screwed the West teams.  But be thankful that you get to play another 8-4 team.  Gophers are in Phoenix playing a 6-6 West Virginia team.
