For the most part, athletic departments have the data, even if it's handwritten game-by-game records. A good example would be Miami's website - they simply turned those handwritten records into PDFs without any of the trouble of typing them up.

Most of the websites only share online stats whenever they began their websites, but they have annual media guides, etc. They just figure no one cares enough to share it all.
