Just like my dad told me about epic Nebraska-Oklahoma Thanksgiving weekend games, I'll tell my kids about Nebraska-Colorado.  And I guess they'll tell theirs about Nebraska-Iowa?  Which I do hope the Big Ten continues to push.

But as much a part of my childhood as the Lions/Cowboys Thanksgiving doubleheader was, the Friday leftover turkey sandwich Texas-Texas A&M/Nebraska-Colorado doubleheader is perhaps even more deeply ingrained

At one time, we had a neat list of "best players to wear that jersey number".  I wish we still had it.

as y'all know, college football is better with great rivalries

the Big Ten doesn't have much to offer at this time.  We need some programs to step up

I'm hoping the Huskers can help with this.
