Had some rain this morning so didn't make it to the range. At least got my grips cleaned--been putting that chore off way too long.

Draft moved up to 1 PM PT, so I guess I'll have to have the OSU drubbing of the Hoosiers on as mostly background noise. Hoping the Hoosiers don't make it entertaining enough to distract me...

Touchdown Buckeyes. A couple runs got blown up, but otherwise pretty efficient

That’s a really good win for Colorado but I expected TCU to come back to earth this year anyway. I never bought their preseason Top 25 ranking.

Shedeur Sanders threw for 500+ yards, 4 TD’s and no picks. Insane. Week 1 vs a real team. Most teams playing G5 or FCS in week 1.

And Travis Hunter played a game for the ages at BOTH WR & DB, catching for 119yds and 1 interception.

Understatement to call Colorado-TCU an entertaining game.

Time to pour myself a Mai Tai.

He has every throw.  Zip.  Accuracy.  Touch.  leads his receiver.  I was very impressed.

They said on the broadcast only 2 Buff recievers went for over 100 yds(last year). Today 4 of them did.Buffs move to top 15 beating a playoff team?

After jumping out to a quick 14-0 lead early in the 1Q,  Iowa turns back into itself and hangs on for 24-14 win over Utah St.

Cade McNamara threw 2 TD passes in the 1Q and then the offense shut down.  Iowa rushing attack was terrible.  The OL looked ok on psssing downs but awful on running downs.

The Iowa defense needs some work too despite only giving up 14 points.

Iowa overall has a lot to clean up before it goes to Ames next week to play Iowa St.

Will people suddenly like Nessler and Danielson cuz of BIG on CBS?

Production of broadcast is superior to Fox and ESPN.

Not that bad.   Defense looks solid. Especially considering they would never have prepared for the option. DBs look excellent

McCord has been pretty accurate.  Just made one bad decision- that is standard for a new QB.

Their biggest challenge is the offensive line is not in sync.  They are moving people- but missing assignments- seems like someone is unblocked on running plays. Again- standard fare with a new line.

Hoosiers doing a great job of milking the clock- smart strategy.
