if I'm a head coach I am straight up going online looking at a list of all of LSU, Clemson, and Florida's commits and calling all of them off the hook 24/7 straight up trashing and negative recruiting the shit out of those coaches going for the flipski. Jeem ain't got the balls to do it and is too much of a weirdo anyway to pull that off without making it weird. Get on it Deion.

So seems like having the two best quarterbacks in school history back to back is pretty damn important

Will say what I pointed at last year, except it’s even more obvious this time around. Trevor Lawrence and Deshaun Watson singlehandedly masked how lazy and one-dimensional Clemson’s offense was dating back to 2015.

To see DJ Uiagalelei tank last year only to transfer out to Oregon State and light it up yesterday for a 199.9 RTG tells you it wasn’t all him holding back Clemson’s offense.

And for Clemson to replace their OC for an overhauled offense only to look this bad against friggin’ Duke  means Clemson’s troubles run even deeper than I thought. No longer the ACC’s untouchables.

I assume everyone is doing this at all times.  Even if the team wins 42-7, if a RB didn't get many carries, I got someone in his ear.

Clemson lost 1 game tonight,  right?

We don't know how good Duke is.  Is it a 9-3 Duke?  A 4-8 Duke?  Clemson didn't lose 3 games tonight.

It's one game, guys.

FSU looks like the likely ACC champion, if they can stop getting criminole penalties. They didn't do so well in the penalties department against LSU.
FSU has Duke at home, Clemson on the road, are @ Pitt, and get the Hurricanes at Doak Campbell. North Carolina is not on FSU's schedule.

What an incredible stat. That stat said, this says a lot about coaching, which doesn't have stars. Go Blue Devils, but not at FSU.

Yeah, it takes Wisconsin a few years to develop those gigantic O-linemen to where they are game ready, so now you can just wait for them to do that and then poach 'em.
I've seen some examples over the past year WRT Wisconsin. They have yet to lose and impact player. Every player that transferred in makes, or will make, an impact.

For example, USC came hard for Braelon Allen. He stayed. The culture in Madison is alluring to kids.

Clemson had bad turnovers that don’t happen very often…

Sometimes you're just snakebit.  That was Clemson yesterday.  Still I credit Duke for playing solid, disciplined, and opportunistic football.  I think they've got themselves a coach... until the next ailing blue blood comes looking.

Clemson has traditionally been a .500 team in a trash ACC (both pre-and-with FSU), until they were able to finish off their first undisputed MNC campaign.
