Bosa out, gotta hope he can be back by November but he’ll be missed in happy valley next week. Was looking forward to him having a big play in happy valley like his older brother.

I didn't know Bosa was getting an operation. Groin?
Yes.  Officially a core muscle injury.  Not sure when he's getting back but from what I've read 4-6 weeks is a best guess.

For some reason it feels like OSU and Miami never play.
Of note is that Miami is the only team that could realistically play all of the other FBS Ohio teams in the same season, since they have the annual Victory Bell game vs Cincinnati and play in the Mac East.
It would have to be a year that they play Ohio State AND draw Toledo in a crossover game. So far it hasn't happened.
During the three seasons that they played Ohio State, 2000, 2005 and 2012, they didn't play Toledo.
Next year's Mac slate isn't out yet as far as I can tell. But they haven't played Toledo since 2011. So they will have had at least two games vs OSU between the last time they played Toledo and the next time they play Toledo (2012 and early 2019); unless of course they play each other in the 2018 Mac CCG.

It makes sense to me to give the more local teams the payday.  It's also a chance for their fans to see the main team in the state (OSU is it in Ohio) in their stadium of course.

Tulane once was in the SEC and had some good teams back in the day.  I had almost forgotten they were around.  I figured they would have been widened out to at least a four lane by now.
