Office Space is a movie that came out in 1999.  It starred Jennifer Anniston from Friends and was written and directed by Mike Judge who also did Beavis and Butt-head, King of the Hill, and a few other things you might have heard of.

The Office is a television series.  Well, actually two television series.  Maybe that's what you're thinking of.

Office Space is worth a watch, it's held up pretty well and is still relevant IMO.
