I went to an Ethiopian restaurant.  I can't tell you anything we ordered, but it came with a spongy tortilla thing.  I didn't want to get my hands all messy, so I sandwiched all the foodstuffs within a fold of that spongy bread thing.

No burgers, though.
I was distracted by the waiter taking off his shoes and putting them back on EVERY time he came to our floor table.
Dude was 100% on that.

Just had a nice lunch at Blue India, which is not surprisingly an Indian place, very very good, nearly every table was Indian looking folks.  I took photos of one group dining there for them.  They  of course are famous for naan.  We both had saag of two kinds, very good, I could have made a sandwich with the naan and saag.

I really like saag.  If I had to be vegan, I'd do a lot of Indian.  And Thai.

Maybe for health reasons, dunno.  I might decide to be one for whatever reason.  I think I'd lose weight anyway.  I used to be thin as a rail, really malnourished looking, 6'4" and 175.  I stayed around 180 for years and years.  Then I stopped any exercise.  And started drinking more.

I have relatives (in CA) who are vegan.

None are remotely close to thin. Quite the opposite, actually.

That wedding menu was a joke. Thankfully they had a sushi station for normal people. That helped a lot.

An egg McMuffin is a sandwich, so is a ham biscuit.

So is plywood.
So is a guy between two girls.

A good burger, no bun, to me is almost as good as a decent steak, depending.  I'm still having great luck with flatirons from Kroger.  I splurged a bit the other day on a prime ribeye from the local butcher, frankly I was a bit disappointed at $30 a pound, bone in.

Our Kroger has really good sushi, which of course I consider to be a sandwich.

you need to have a steak off my grill
WAY better than any burger

or better yet, we'll enjoy Archie's waeside's dry aged steaks
I'll buy
