Yeah, I'm not saying he needs to be fired or anything, it just sort of feels like a Frank Beamer trajectory. Higher highs than the program had in a very, very long time, followed by a period of contentment. Like Beamer, I don't think he'll ever fade so much to warrant firing, but he'll just kind of be content to be a 7-5ish type team, and keep his buddies employed.
I do wonder how attractive the job is to whoever is next in say 2021 versus 2015.
