I had a few minor items stolen from my garage in Ohio.  The local police were all over it, I guess they were bored.  The got a fingerprint and found the their living in Dayton, 50 miles north of me.

Reporting now that he try to break up a dispute between a man and a woman and the man turned and shot him. He then ran to his friends apartment. Allegedly linebacker Pete Werner was a witness

I still don't understand how you get a clean shot off that goes cheek to cheek without some other serious damage being done. He is lucky he has his life after being shot in this manner.

I think that you nailed it. 

Looking at this picture, he is basically yelling "NOOOOOO!!!" 



If he had his face like that, then I can see where a bullet could go through each cheek, while missing his tongue and his teeth.

I get this thought, but also, didn't we all stay up super late at that age and you'd be walking home or something in the wee hours?  
I just don't find it odd for a 20 year old to be doing anything at 2am - walking down the middle of a street, eating breakfast, cross-training, etc.

Oh I dunno - he had 3.5 last year in part time duty - seems reasonable to think he would at least double it as a full time starter.  7 or 8?
