If "we" can't raise more revenue by having higher tax rates, and can't cut spending, would some other kind of taxation help, like say "tariffs", or a "billionaire wealth tax"?

The longer it goes, the more and more skeptical I am of there being much there there with Epstein.

A suicide makes plenty of sense. No one has been able to pin anything grotesque on their opponents. Everyone talks big and when they get access, they sheepishly work around there not being much there.

A rough GUESS is there was a list, with phone numbers, many of which were the dry cleaner, the grocery store, the drug store, friends and family, etc., in addition to perhaps "clients".  Just being on said list is not in itself evidence of a crime.

I never was very invested in all of this interestwise though.

If there is nothing there, why is his GF spending 20 years in prison?

Putin is a thug, we get it. The world has known this for the nearly 30 years he's been in power. Pardon me if I give zero shits about the internal affairs of Russia...
I care plenty about the doings of possibly the single most evil man in the entire world.  I care similarly about the evil doings of people like Xi and Bibi.  They're all bad, they all affect us, and they are all worthy of discussion.

How the U.S. deficit could spark a crisis

This is probably my main concern.

I don't think it's far-reaching. I think the Government needs to come clean with whatever it is hiding from us. We pay their salaries, and we have a right to know.

I don't care who is implemented. Bring it.

the government is dirty, they don't want to come clean.  There aren't enuff "clean" players in Washington to make it happen.

When someone promises to make it all public, and then they don't when they can, it stinks.

Sax Trafficking would be a good band name for ol' Slick Willie's jazz combo.
