Wow.. Since we are an older group, this may be a fascinating 24 hours. The JFK, RFK and MLK files are all being made public as an executive order was just signed.
The only thing that will be confirmed is that Lee Harvey Oswald was a good shot.

On an aside, there is a bar in Dallas named Lee Harvey's.

Anything of interest in those files was destroyed long ago and the people that wrote and destroyed them are long dead and buried.

Yup.  It's the home of one of the main annual Texas Longhorns Friday night pre-parties before the TX-OU game on Saturday.  A good friend of mine sings in a Neil Diamond tribute band named "Diamondbag" and they play that pre-party every year.  It's a lot of fun.

Correct.  This isn't Independence Day where the President suddenly finds out there actually is an Area 51 bunker in Roswell.

There isn't anything left in those files except the names of covert agents and informants that they were protecting, who are probably all dead by this point

Just got a call from my mom, that my dad, who has been apparently having tests done since September, has an aggressive form of dementia.  They are down in Florida, and feel confident in seeing his doctor at the UM hospital once they go back in March.  But its so advanced that he had to be picked up by her from the Costco in Ft. Myers because he said they weren't taking his card, and his car was out of gas.  My mom got there, and he was using a library card, and there was over 200 miles left in the tank.  I can work remotely, so I can be there for him, but I also have 3 small children, that I can't ignore.  This is the most real world moment of my life

If you have siblings maybe you can work relays. It's what we did mom had the same condition but 3 of us were in Northern Ohio and the other 2 were within 3 hr drives. If they split their time between Mich/FLA. it might be easier getting him back up in/around home if that's possible as your wife is still working fulltime I think. best wishes and keep us posted
