If Buttigiege was straight, he'd win in a landslide.  Smart.  Vet.  Prudent.  Willing to engage with anyone.  It makes too much sense for it to actually happen.

Which do you think would make it more likely?  That he be straight or be 70+ years old?  People's complaints about presidential candidates is like the congress approval rating/incumbent re-election %.  Bitch about it, but never/rarely change it.

I could see voting for him at some level.   His positions on some things are a bit left for me, but “ a bit left”  isn’t a show stopper for me.  Of course, it would also depend on who he was running against. 

A guy I could see potential support for is Shapiro.

It wouldn’t matter. 99% of all people do not vote for President based on the VP.
