I’d call it a rather large change, or walk back. 
The text in that article is the same that is in the Fox article.

The only thing the campaign clarified was the vetting process. I wouldn't call that walking anything back.

That looks delicious, but that is the PERFECT example of a dish that would be better off substituting a salmon cake recipe. There's too much going on IMHO to appreciate the delicateness of the crab, given the cost of crab meat. 

It's like getting an A5 wagyu steak, perfectly cooked, and asking "y'all got any A-1?"

A meme I see on FB fairly often is about how SS is "not an entitlement!!!", which is pretty much nonsense.  This is from the SS web site:

"The Social Security benefit programs are “entitlement” programs. This means that workers, employers and the self-employed pay for the benefits with their Social Security taxes. The taxes that are collected are put into special trust funds. You qualify for these benefits based on your work history (or your spouse or parent). The amount of the benefit is based on these earnings."

I don't quite get the pejorative implications of the term "entitlement".  I hope I'm entitled to SS.

If I live long enough, I will receive quite a bit more than I paid into SS.  I figured when I was working I was paying for my parents anyway.

Now that I'm collecting, I kind of like it.
