Stretching helps the hell out of me. And this "functional stretch" class is perfect, because it combines stretch and balance training in one 45 minute class. It's Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30AM. Very helpful - especially the balance part with my half-dead left leg.
When I broke it, I didn't really feel it. The next day I walked on it into the clinic. They gave me Tramadol. Didn't take much, even after the surgery a week later. That's how dead it is.
Balance is good for getting on and off boats.
