Yes- not sure why they let him get away.  He was solid and proven.  Struggled a bit pass blocking but still damn good runner.

Thankfully the 2 RBs they recruited looked excellent in the spring game and throughout, in addition to Caffey. 
That pass blocking BS was dismissed by many as they presented video of other backs whiffing on theirs also. Not even mentioning the O-line, might have had something to do with Tony Alford - who is Michigan's problem now ;D But going deeper into the season now with extended play offs will mean attrition and many feel Day didn't give him the rock enough to keep him sharp and I agree. Used him effectively when needed then put him back into the box. Caffey also tore his acl I believe.It's a collision game and a long season so......
