Finally moved into my new place.  Took 6 days.  I had way too much crap.  Tossed most of it, because I'm downsizing.
.
We've gotten like 3 inches of rain in the past 7 days, so that made it interesting.

I heard yesterday that Atlanta gets more inches of rain in a year than Seattle.  I'm dubious, but maybe.  It rains hard here at times.

MSP does too.

The most frequent thing about Seattle isn't rain, it's cloud cover.

Minnesota needs a lot of rain, badly.

A lot more...

Average Annual Precipitation by USA State - Current Results

Hawaii of course gets a ton of rain, on the eastern side.  Where we stay on the other side gets 3 inches a year, usually all at once.

Kauai has a lot of rain, in places, but not as much as the big island. I love the waterfalls that creates.

We were at Volcano NP once in January where it nearly always is very hazy, but that day was clear to the north, and amazing.  We could see Mauna Kea and Loa to the top, Kea if maybe 40 miles distant.  Mauna Loa is impressively massive, but usually occluded.

Kea means white, and it is snow covered in winter.
