My hair did get pretty long during the heart of the pandemic.

I'm usually more along the lines of "where is the effing beer cart?!", but I'm very gracious and thankful when it finally arrives...

Never bite the hand that brings you beer, ya know...

I love Shrimp Fra Diavolo.  I've always used Giada's recipe, which uses canned tomatoes rather than tomato sauce and tomato paste.

We grow Italian sweet basil, oregano, and flat leaf parsley in our herb garden, pretty much so I can make this whenever I want. :)

I notice they are similar- but Giada’s calls for dry white wine.

Yup.  And it's only like a cup, so you get to drink the rest!

A dry wine, technically, is a wine with little or no sugar left.  That would be as opposed to a desert type wine.

A wine can be very fruity and still be very dry.
