What specifically is Trump doing to break his oath?  (I don't mean some vague generality, I mean a specific instance clearly evident.)
"and to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution"

He is doing the opposite, literally.  Not in a liberal "wah, wah" way, but quite literally, by forgoing due process for those who have the constitutional right to have it.

It's plain as day, as long as you don't bury your head in the sand.

Bad for criminal illegals? Bad for you and me?

There's a difference.
Your ideas (I'm going out of my way here, not to say YOU) are unAmerican, friend.

This has nothing to do with illegals.  Let's share the same reality so that an actual conversation may occur.

no one is surprised

is that great or good?  who cares???, will the courts respond and reign him in?  I think so.
We're learning that while we already knew our court system was slow (I taught that exact point to my students this year), it's unacceptably slow in this day and age.

And if the president can simply ignore the ruling of SCOTUS with no consequence (thanks to a bizarrely cuckolded congress), then what's the point of any of it?

I'll never understand all the republicans bending the knee to a clown.  Voters?  Sure.  They're dumb.  But by and large, you have to have SOME understanding of things to become a member of congre......nevermind, I forgot about Kennedy, Greene, and Boebert.  I stand corrected.

But honestly....even the normal ones are kneeling before this dipshit who isn't worthy of any of it.  He's not smart.  He's not ethical.  He's not even shrewd.

None of it makes sense.  TWICE!

Trump is obviously forcing the checks and balances .........

He's pushing the limits - is that criminal?  Perhaps, if it is, he should be stopped.  If he is NOT stopped, he's no worse than those who allow him to be that guy

then I won't click
Basically it talks about how shockingly low the pay was for someone who worked at McD’s, compares how little they make compared to the poverty level without putting anything into context, how old they were, did they live at home, etc.

I had relatives who had rights eroded. Made into immigrants. Eventually had property rights revoked.

Due process is good. It signals that we don’t blindly trust the government and its wisdom. It shouldn’t be hard to give that process (give or take putting in the actual work and acting with a modicum of discipline).
